What FixNow24 keeps

How it works

You register: trades, working area, company documents, insurance, company number and bank account.

An administrator checks your file and activates your account.

You switch to Available and receive nearby requests, with the description, the photos and the estimated range.

You accept, you do the job, you enter your firm price and the customer pays in the app.
What you receive
The customer pays one price: yours. The FixNow24 deduction is taken from the payout, never added to the customer’s invoice. Before entering a price, you always see the net amount you will receive.
When you get paid
The payout is triggered 24 hours after the customer pays, by Stripe transfer, with a statement detailing the amount collected, the deductions and the net. An open report suspends the payout until an administrator decides.
The call-out is already paid
The customer pays a €35.00 call-out fee when sending the request. That amount is yours as soon as your arrival is confirmed, even if the customer then refuses your price.
What we check
- An active company number and a declared VAT status.
- Valid professional public liability insurance.
- Identity document of the manager and a bank account in the company’s name.
- A working Stripe Connect account, needed to receive payouts.
What does FixNow24 cost a partner professional?
Registration and use are free: FixNow24 is only paid on completed, paid jobs, through a deduction taken from the payout. The Founder plan, reserved for the first professionals to join, applies a commission of 5 %; the Pro plan applies 10 %. On top of that come platform fees of 10 %, calculated on the work only, never on the call-out fee. All deductions are calculated on amounts excl. VAT and invoiced with Belgian VAT at 21 %, whatever rate applies to the job. There is no subscription, no fixed cost and no minimum term. You set your own prices, the range shown to the customer stays indicative, and you may refuse any request without an automatic penalty or a mark on your profile.
