Account deletion request
You can delete your account straight from the FixNow24 app, in a few taps. If you no longer have the app, fill in the form below: we handle your request and confirm by e-mail.
From the app
Open the app, go to Profile, then Delete my account. The deletion happens at once.
What is erased
- Your name, phone number, address and photo.
- The content of your messages in the chat of the interventions.
- The positions recorded while a professional was on the way.
- Your sign-in identity: you can no longer sign in.
What is kept
- The invoices already issued and the legal wording they carry: Belgian law requires us to keep them for ten years.
- Your published reviews stay online, without your name.
Before you ask
An intervention still running or an unpaid invoice has to be finished first. We write to you if that is the case.
Ask for the deletion
Give the e-mail address of your FixNow24 account. We check that it belongs to an account before we delete anything.
